argh!

Why the heck are flights so dang expensive?!?!?!??! Aargh. Cathay Pacific, my usual carrier tells me that a return flight back home is $1,900!!!!! WTF?!? I have never paid that much for a flight in my life. hell, that's what I previously paid for two flights combined! Jeeze. So, I'ma saying a big, hearty screw you Cathay Pacific and your cheap ass ways where you try to charge me $2000 for less space and the new super uncomfortable "shell" seats (really?? can you get any cheaper?!?). Now I have to find a new carrier to rack up some points with. Bleh.
